Go to the kitchen and get myself a drink. Usually diet cola, but sometimes orange juice
Have a cigarette
Go back upstairs to straighten my hair
Get dressed
Go back downstairs to either have something to eat or another cigarette. Usually another cigarette.
Go to bathroom to get washed and teeth brushed.
Then I'm out.
I used to wear make up every day but I'd rather not get up early just to put my face on now.

Change has a considerable psychological impact on the human mind.
To the fearful it is threatening because it means that things may get worse.
To the confident it is inspiring because the challenge exists to make things better.
To the hopeful it is encouraging because things may get better.
it makes me feel a little bit queasy thinking about getting up as early as some of you do :P
There are times to stay put, and what you want will come to you.
But there are times to go out into the world and find such a thing for yourself.
I aint no abacus but you can count on me.
