There is this girl who was supposed to only be relief but we cannot get rid of her. She is causing no end of problems and turning everyone against her slowly with her attitude and arse creeping around the manager. She claims to have a problem with her hip so this means she spends her whole day sat down shouting orders to people and being really lazy. Also she is taking everyone else's jobs away because she wants to be perfect. It just means that everyone else who is trying to succed cant because we don't have the jobs to do. Plus she is really bitchy aswell. And I have extra pressure on me and I am not coping with it well and I feel I am letting everyone else down there because I am not working as well as I should be.

That all sounds tough. I hate dealing with customers, I'm awful at it. I'm sure you wouldn't have been hired if you weren't good at it though. I don't know what to say about that girl. But I hope you can sort something soon.

so stopping eating would punish your body... but think about what happens when you punish someone... do they tend to cooperate with you afterwards? do you tend to start liking them more?... punishing your body (which punishes your mind and emotions too) doesn't make it more likely that you'll ever get along with it and learn to like yourself. it sets you up to always be fighting with it
|
