I think I'd choose green, I considered blue but thought it might make everything look cold, so I'd go with green because it'd be calming and wouldn't make things look too warm or cool, if that makes sense :)
Oh & I originally said black & white but then I changed the rules for myself & said purple coz it's my fave & then I started wondering about the psychology of colours, like if I only saw red would I be angry all the time?!

Teal is actually more green than turquise, but you're right, teal is darker. :)
