its very relaxed and friendly and a place where you can be relaxed.
and have a chance to meet others and have peace and quiet
they have have nice rooms,
and we have camp fires and yes you heard right camp fires and a nice tent, plenty of tea and coffee and choci buttons

I managed to make it through last night without acting on my bad thoughts so thanks to everyone for the support. Today is another day and the thoughts still linger...especially after the nightmares last night...now I dont want to sleep.
