- being assertive/desperate at healthcare providers and sort of getting listened to
- having my right to treatment fought for
- finally being able to sit still (chemically induced but I’ll take it)
- housemate providing chocolate
- an assessment with a HAES PT, hopefully starting in Jan
- zoom meet
- text chat with friends
- my friend’s kids liking me
- wonderful caring friends
- huskies screaming
- DSA assessment went well
- made tasty soup out of completely unrelated/cupboard scavenged ingredients
- my dad showing me pictures of our other cat living her best life in her new (she moved in 2017) forever home

- laughing with K
- winning at Balderdash due to being an Absolute Genius
- jigsaw
- making good macaroni 'cheese'

- finally doing a chore I'd been needlessly avoiding
- choosing the boots for my Christmas present

- winning a maths game
- fun chats with P about how our boss is plotting to kill us

The Last Few Days

- Being warm and looked after
- Being told I should apply for a supervisor position at CL.
- My CL gang meeting my mum and liking them.

- nice gifts
- finding out that Tesco vegan halloumi is actually pretty decent
- getting a detailed advertising pitch for mooncups from a certain RYLer
- family time

Yesterday:
- sourcing a jigsaw board/case
- games
- maths
- making and eating an amazing Christmas dinner with K
- relaxing
- starting my new jigsaw

- Epic sleep after several days of very little sleep
- A nap even after aforementioned epic sleep
- Impromptu evening with friends that was very chilled
- Surviving not only Christmas Day, but also Boxing Day and then Christmas 3.0 with family on 27th, with only minor drama, none of which was caused by, or involved me!

Cat flap tapping back and forth (thought was the wind or Meowy trying to drag a ‘present’ through. Then nothing until I heard Meowy hissing and going mental upstairs (not good but no screaming or fighting).

Left it a couple of minutes and then went half way upstairs and saw Meowy and my old stray cat visitor sat a couple of metres away from one another on the landing. Both clearly not pleased but NEITHER doing anything. One hour later and both are asleep in the spare room. If I could work out how to do a heart emoji, it would be here!

Today

- my work bestie being an absolute star, just making me feel better with all our banter and reassuring me A LOT and being incredibly sweet and kind to me in general (seriously, I pity anyone who isn't friends with this person, I have no f*ckin' words for the difference it made to my day/my mood)
- no daily team call for once to disrupt the workday

- talking to L
- many months later completing our mission to rewatch all 24 series of Silent Witness

- my beautiful, amazing friends supporting me through The Damn Season
- told a person a Thing
- brownies (Oreo is the best in case you needed a review)
- therapist phoning me while off work to check I wasn’t dead (probs not ideal but was very lovely of her)
- reporting any weight loss ad I come across
- accidentally bought more dungarees and a jacket

- solving the case of The Mysterious Beeping Noise In The Car
- livening up my food shopping by declaring things like "oh boy, what a time to be alive" when I found items I wanted that were on special offer
- watching James to the A
- playing draftosaurus, even though I lost :(
