Imagining my friends having a lovely time together yesterday.
You're adorable!

I think she makes a chicken curry, but instead of chicken pieces, uses the dinosaurs. Also Lio recommended these to me, but I feel too mean getting them when my dinosaur-loving fiancée wouldn't be able to have them (gluten)!

Great news! I hope you'll have a reason for a genuine smile today(tomorrow?) too :)

Ahh this makes so much more sense now. I feel sorry for the gluten people, why should you have to miss out on all the fun, dinosaur shaped food? Perhaps there's a gap in the market there.
Today:
- Good first day back at work after a week off.
- Listened to some awesome music from my desk because no one else was in the office.
- Had a moment of gratitude and said 'I love you' out loud whilst picturing all the lovely people in my head like a giant game of Guess Who, minus the guessing part.
- Enjoyed a vegan sausage roll from Greggs at lunchtime. Best pound I ever spent.
Do not be dismayed by the brokenness of the world. All things can be mended. Not with time, as they say, but with intention. So go. Love intentionally, extravagantly, unconditionally. The broken world awaits in darkness for the light that is you.

In fairness, Morissons do dinosaur gluten free pasta, so that's a big hit in this house!
Btw, I see you've also been sampling the vegan sausage roll- are you a secret member of the ve-gang?
Today:
- got myself out of bed at a more sensible time and felt better for it
- productive morning
- managed to catch the bin cleaning people as they cleaned the neighbours' bins so we could sign up to their service
- playing the Da Vinci code board game, even if I lost spectacularly
- sending Kiran srs bsns mathematical content
- relaxing in front of the TV
Making plans to see friends.
Planning for an exciting improv project.
Feeling honoured that my friend and Maths teacher extraordinaire Jenna made an educational Maths video just for me.
SW reminding me that there are good people in the world and kindness makes a difference.
You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you wish to make.
- slightly improved sleep
- finding more things to apply to
- getting a job interview apparently (mixed feelings, but hey-ho, at least I seem to be more employable than I thought!)
- feeling like I got my priorities slightly more sorted/clearer
- finding out my parcel is just delayed rather than lost
- watching The Simpsons
Btw, I see you've also been sampling the vegan sausage roll- are you a secret member of the ve-gang?
Your super detection skills are coming to the fore. I am about 90% vegan so I'm almost there, however I should also point out that I've been trying to fully transition for the best part of 10 years now... there's hope for me yet! Are you a fully fledged member yourself?

Yay, well done! That's really good news. I hope it all goes well for you.

Hooray! Our RYL ve-gang is growing
And yep, I’m vegan :)
Today:
- remembering a fun anecdote
- it’s still the holidays!
- lovely evening with my family
Jenna was right about the dinosaur curry, and hooray for another vegan type person… do you like egg mayo?
- went to my first volunteer shift and everyone was lovely
- saw my dad after a couple of weeks
- bolognese wrap!
- told the facilitator of the group I’m attending something and she didn’t make a fuss
- Jenna mail made me laugh
'It's an impossible choice ... I'll just have to hope that when I flip the coin it somehow explodes and kills me.'
"You're not scared of climbing mountains. You're scared that you can't make them move."

Sorry to confess this but even when I did eat dairy I absolutely hated egg mayo. It made buying sandwiches in the supermarket very difficult, as that's basically all they'd have on offer for veggies!
Are there many other vegans knocking about here?
My things for today are:
- Had a really lovely breakfast tea catch up with a colleague. We smiled and laughed a lot about silly memes.
- I did another clothes wash, and as it's not raining, it's now drying on the balcony. Essence of bus fumes is my absolute fave of a scent.
- Dealt with a Royal Mail related issue very calmly.

- got to hang with Jodie, always a pleasure <3
- Kiran saying 'I am SO straight' repeatedly when looking at JPEGs of a certain gentleman ;)
- TWO iced coffees, one for me, one for Lorna apparently *shrugs*
- got the darned interview clothes sorted!
- wasn't anxious in any of my social interactions today, including when I set off the alarm in a shop which just proves my theory that I do in fact *not* have social anxiety
-accidentally was prepared for when my period randomly started in Oxford Street and just about avoided a bloody disaster
- Kiran enjoying when I told her my hole was bleeding
- Kiran being impressed by my imagination/story building capabilities
- Kiran in general tbh

HAHAHAHA SCREW YOU LIO.
And I know of us three (me, you, Lio) and then three others
Today:
- treasure trail
- sampling my first ever vegan subway
- hanging out with my work bestie which I just accidentally typed as "worst bestie"???
- making AMAZING wellington because I'm a culinary genius
- having a lovely time chatting to some RYL peeps
Recently:
- Fully vaccinated!
- Managed to brave going to the library for the first time since the pandemic began
- Managed to maintain concentration long enough to read a book for a couple of pages
- Had a really nice week in Devon
- My grandad told me he was really proud of me
- Buying Halloween stuff from TK Maxx
- Starting a couple of online courses
- Doctor doing my nerve test, spent the whole time telling me how much he enjoys gar pride parades
Let us go then you and I, when the evening is spread out against the sky, like a patient etherized upon a table
- T.S. Elliot
Did they invite you to join them for their next biking trip?
Ah for context they were about 8 ish and 5 ish and their adult didn't deem them skilful (one l, really?) to ride it yet so I didn't want to steal their thunder by tagging along and showing them up! :P

Seeing some of the ve-gang from here actually!

I'm veggie (again, after I ate those chicken nuggets which we shall not speak of Lana!) because I like cheese, not the vegan kind, that ISN'T cheese.

Genuine statement: I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not because I genuinely love the smell of exhaust fumes, although probably not on my clothes though.... yeah I get you now.
