I slept for 5 hours straight after I went to bed.
This is a kind of miracle for me, because that never happens - the most I usually sleep at a stretch is 3 hours.
I've been awake off and on since 3, but that 5 hours was amazing.
[And I didn't take a sleeping tablet - that was the night before and I have a tendency for rebound insomnia the next night, but that didn't happen this time.]

My train was less busy than normal which made the journey a bit less stressful than it could have been.

My line manager was at work even though he was supposed to be off, which made me feel calmer at the start of the day.

I had a really mature conversation with epople at college today and didn't totally freak out when they said they;d have to have a big meeting about it

I got my tattoo machines & kit today :D
I had a lovely chat with a Mehndi client this afternoon and got great feedback.
My girlfriend bought me a microwaveable Bagpuss because I said my joints were hurting.
I tattooed a grapefruit. Now my hands smell awesome and it looks pretty great for my first attempt :)

Even if I'm embarrassed and scared as hell about it, I opened up to someone today.

They're mediocre goods, but it's the best I've got, lol
