- getting some lovely gifts
- playing lots of board games
- doing a maths christmas card
- amazing vegan raspberry marshmallow chocolate thingies
- making gluten free vegan yorkshire puddings and they were sort of recognisable as yorkshire puddings which was an improvement on my expectations
- referencing being vegan three points in a row like a good braggy vegan...
- more board games!

- finally getting a decent amount of goddamn work done

Lana, V (flatmate) is obsessed with Yorkie bars! I buy at least 4 a day for her on the way home haha.

Today:
- didn’t have to get up early for goddamn youths
- SNOW
- more SNOW

I only do the purple ones, the blue ones are sort of bland imo.

Three pack sounds absolutely normal to me. I mean, we always say a "six pack of beer", not a pack of six beers. That'd be silly. =P


Yesterday:

- fixed stuff at work and am feeling a little bit smug about it
- made lasagne, finally
- had a lot of fun doing a Harry Potter quiz with my sister

- went to Asda and didn't die
- bought nice things for myself
- I shall get rid of boxes that I don't need whilst also helping out my roommate who needs boxes for moving

- seeing L for a coffee & chat and laughing about really bizarre and twisted stuff just because
- about to finish Friends with about 23 hrs left before it goes off prime
- cute JPEGs of my nephews
- confirmation that I apparently don't need NI to apply for SFE, which makes things a lot less complicated

- video call with my family <3
- decided to let go of a thing that was making me super rage y because it would not change things and even though the person didn't communicate things clearly I feel like they did that indirectly and maybe it will be better in the long run to just take the hint and leave it be and not create (unnecessary) conflict
- nice New Years night in with my flatmates with nice chats, snacks and some Disney
- one flatmate also reading something as being coded lesbian and actually saying that, so I knew it was not just in my head and even better- she was really into reading it as a lesbian scene and preferred that over the protagonist's flirty relationship with a male character
- started to slowly tackle some little cleaning tasks so my room will be less of a bombsite

Got moved from a bay to my own room at the hospital, yaaas.
I can now, with Kiran, do a standing ovation if someone eats a sachet of mustard for me. Do it.
My pain levels has decreased thank ****.

This exchange is top of my positives of 2021 so far! I hope I will be present for this momentous event, where the standing-ovation receiver becomes the standing ovation giver and vice versa

- going for two nice wintery walks
