I honestly don't care what's in what I eat and drink.
If it tastes nice, I'll have it.
The rest doesn't matter.
This was ages ago, but this is basically my philosophy as well.
And Adam, live a little. Every coffee you drink is said to increase your chances of all sorts of crap. If I didn't do things because they were bad for me, I wouldn't be on this forum and I'd probably live a boring life
I intend to live forever.

I have just had a glass of milk, I do not eat much in the morning.

I have to have something, even if its just a slice of toast.
If I have a tea or coffee on an empty stomach I feel nauseous. I think it's the milk.
