Making falafel gyros for dinner tonight and it’s exactly what I fancy to eat.

Picked some salad from the garden and made a simple but tasty dish of lettuce, cucumber (both grown by us), watermelon and feta cheese cubes. Yummy. It's better with watercress but I don't buy when we grow!

He’s a Lhasapoo (Lhasa Apso/Poodle cross) - he’s a small breed and super fluffy. He’s my best buddy!

Today I did what my body wanted, I listened to it and let it rest when it needed it.

- my sister gave birth to her second baby boy this morning and he is precious and beautiful and perfect <3
- went to see Incredibles II with C and it was effing awesome and I'm SO gonna see it again
- got a few things done, some of which I've been procrastinating for quite a while by now
- face mask & shower & hair mask & shaving & body lotion made me feel more human again
- got to play with a puppy <3 <3 <3
- I have a sparkly kitchen atm
- watched John Oliver

- grandma had her procedure and hopefully that'll fix her multiple issues that put her in hospital practically all of November *crosses fingers*
- watching an anime from my childhood = pure nostalgia

- got to close up at work with non newbies so we effing nailed it and made super good timing
- didn't even have to cashier for most of my shift = limited customer interaction = winning at life
- my coworkers were SUPER understanding that I was done from my long shifts and my working hours in general and helped me out a stupid amount, happily taking on all the tasks I didn't want to do
- trash talking newbies with S <3
- put my foot down when newbie coworkers had requests for their break times that just weren't doable today
- catching up on Riverdale & watching a bit more of a childhood anime once I got home
- doing "only" nine rather than eleven hours tomorrow (like I did today)
- getting to get up a little later because of that

- mum gave me some extra warm leggings & plenty chocolate <3
- work party was alright, got to chat with my work wife quite a bit & didn't get stupid drunk for once (Y)

- relaxing home yoga session.
- properly cleaned the kitchen and living room and got rid of the dust bunnies that had accumulated.
- toffee nut latte in my new mug.
- quiet evening ahead as partner is working late, bubble bath planned, probably another hilarious attempt at self care involving face mask in all of facial orifices.

my new boss finally called and gave me four shifts for this week so i can earn some money. yay.

- Online deliveries so I don't have to go into the scary outside world today.
- Trying (failing) to learn to crochet but will keep trying, a good distraction!
- Reading a fairly engaging e-book.
- Having a nice, hot bubble bath.
- Christmas cheese (literally just all the cheese).
- Working on aromatherapy course - this module is about the Subtle Body. Would be interested to know if it makes it onto an Anatomy and Physiology course.
