The picnic was wonderful, I had a blast. Now it is over and I have nothing left to keep me going. My internship kept me grounded, it kept me from SI'ing, it kept me alive. Now I have 4 weeks until I have something else to focus on, it may seem like a little bit of time or a trivial thing, but I need something that I have to be dependable for to keep me focused. Since August of 2008 I have always had something, uni, work, internship, now I have nothing and I feel so lost and alone. I am so sorry for complaining.
I know that feeling very well. I've always been in education and I've had to take a year out for my mental health, and that's made me feel very lost and helpless. Can you take up a hobby or do some volunteer work? It's only 4 weeks, sweetheart. Time will fly by *snuggles*
I hope work's okay for you, Jade. Use it to keep your mind off stuff, but don't let it eat you up inside. Your biggest priority should be yourself, and not work.
