I am giving all my sharp items to my RD later this week. It is a scary step to surrender them, but I know it is a good idea. It was my idea after the crisis home incident to get rid of them. Our schedules are just clashing lately but it looks like it will happen this week. Wow.

If you can bounce high, bounce for her too,
Till she cry "Lover, gold-hatted, high-bouncing lover,
I must have you!"

hmm. are you sure?
I mean...maybe you're bubble gum. I am apparently made of bubblegum, so maybe you are too. The argument goes something along the lines of:
Color, texture. Flavor not so much. Two out of three -- statistically, you're probably made of bubblegum.
and I know what you mean about the last few weeks :\ next week is finals week for me, and I'm going insane.
love you both
I have been very good and left you both to study
The name change comes from the fact that I found its important to be positive. Also it is part of the change in my life from SH to recovered.

I have normal classes this week, then next week is dead week (supposed to be reserved for review, but most of my profs insist on teaching new material...) then finals week... I take my last final May 13th, then I'm staying up here the rest of the week/weekend because 2 of my friends are graduating, so I'll go home May 17th, then head to camp May 22 through August 14th (I won't be online or have access to my phone during that time...)

Well. I will be surrendering all my sharp items to my RD on Thursday. Thursday will also be makeup day. I missed an entire week of class due to being in a crisis home for that amount of time. There is no class on Thurs as it is Day of Prayer and Service. I cannot handle the praise chapels (I love the singing - just the turning out the lights and being in a dark room scares me and throws me into anxiety) nor can I handle the large amount of people as it will be most of the student body PLUS most of the faculty. Um, no, not happening.
I tell people that my service will be to my professors and getting all my homework done and my prayer will be passing. :p

Ya... I'm not sure, but I think I might get it when I'm off work, which is a few hours a week.
But needless to say, it won't be a reliable way to contact me...

Oh, and starseeker, I will be forming your reply later today or tomorrow. I just got kind of swamped.
I am nervous about meeting with my RD today. I also have a meeting with the crisis team from the county as a follow up to my crisis home stay. Oh, joy. And I'm doing homework all day as of 11.

Hello, just wanted to pop my head in and say hi. I posted a couple of times here a few months ago on a different account and hope that I'm still welcome? I've been struggling quite a lot recently and was having very serious suicidal thoughts earlier today but I went to church this evening (unfortunately haven't been for a while due to other circumstances) and I truly feel like God has saved my life tonight. The songs we sang and the talk that was given seemed to have been so fitting for me tonight that it's hard to believe it could just be coincidence. I was wondering whether anyone knew any good Christian songs that help them to keep their hope for the future? I don't know the name of the one that we sang tonight but I found it really helpful.
