There are times to stay put, and what you want will come to you.
But there are times to go out into the world and find such a thing for yourself.
I aint no abacus but you can count on me.
Your english is good. but your accent is the same wether your speaking Portuguese or English..I like it...it makes english sound sexy.
I agree, it's very exotic, I like it. :)
The Mole was bewitched, entranced, fascinated. By the side of the river he trotted as one trots, when very small, by the side of a man who holds one spell-bound by exciting stories; and when tired at last, he sat on the bank, while the river still chattered on to him, a babbling procession of the best stories in the world, sent from the heart of the earth to be told at last to the insatiable sea.

wow, you're english is so good. It's really impressive.
Your portuguese accent doesn't sound as nasal as the Brazilians I have met. Or as my portuguese teacher. It's really nice!

Oh, you take portuguese lessons? Cool! :)
I never knew anybody who did it except for two japanese guys who were working here in my city. It's a tricky language to learn, according to them.
I don't think portuguese sounds nasal, though. I think it's the people you've heard...
Yeah, I did, in my first year of uni, cause I do Hispanic studies, and it was an option!
I did find it really difficult, actually, not so much the grammar, cause it's quite similar to Spanish, but the pronunciation, oh and no being a preposition! I think it's a really cool language, though!

Dreamergirl you have a very pretty accent and a lovely soft voice. I think it is the same in Portuguese as in English.
I agree.
I wish I wasn't so bloody ignorant and could speak more than one language other than to GCSE level. Maybe that will be a new distraction for me - find a night class to learn a new language.
