I've just been doing a lot of worrying about a friend and it's looking like everything she's done has been for attention and I'm really not happy with her for putting me under so much stress because she wants attention.

Hmm, that is a tricky situation, not really helped because you have your own stuff going on at the same time. It can be really disheartening. I've been in that situation, and it wasn't pleasant. There is usually an underlying reason why they want attention though.

He has, it was the other day. Something about V4 having a 'real' RYL House where people could customise themselves and interact with others. I personally don't really like the idea, but that's just me.

We're trying to get her help and she's had an appointment with her GP but shes going to Australia for almost 2 months in three weeks time, so they're waiting until she gets back before discussing any sort of therapy etc.
And hmm, I quite like the idea of a virtual house. This will still be here so it'll still be the same here, right?
I don't think I'd like it too much if there was a chat, because I feel like people would just stick to that chat and I know people have had problems with rudeness in the current chat thing (unrelated to the House) already.

Lucky thing. If she is doing it for attention you might find that the time away does her the world of good and when she comes back everything is different. She'll have something else to think and talk about, something more positive. That makes sense in my head.
Yeah, I think it's going to be really good for her to get away for a while. Things are getting a bit much and there's a few things/people she needs to get away from.
I've been trying so long to help her but she's treated me quite badly (other stuff than this that I don't want to go into) and I don't think I can deal with it any more :\
