It was a short story about a caped super-hero girl who works for Toblerone in Switzerland, making the snow on the mountains aesthetically pleasing by melting the excess snow with a hair dryer contraption for photos for that picture on the boxes.
Who meets a fifteen foot giant who arrives on a motorbike with flying capability and chameleon like changing accents. They begin getting to know one another and a previously dormant assumed mountain erupts as a volcano so they bicker and bond and begin to make plans to escape.
Just as they are about to flee the area a man wakes up and it's all been a psychedelic dream brought on by obscure cocktails the night before [that's the unexpected twist]
There is more detail. It's 5623 words long.
