listen carefully, please listen to me, what's happening to your Nan is horrible and obviously it hasn't helped that you have been so vulnerable recently, what through triggers of otherpeople doing really silly things too.
What I want to make clear to you, is overdosing isn't going to solve anything, all it does it makes you hurt alot, it will make everything one hundred time worse, that's it I'm bumping your support thread.
I understand that it may seem like a sensible option, but remember it is not at all.
Your Nan is very ill but she is in hospital isn't she?
She has lived a very long life, if the worst comes to the worst.
But the nurses and the doctors and the therapists and whoever works with your Nan, have been keeping her up for this long and hopefully she will go on for just a bit longer in this struggle,
remember what your Nan said to you
"Helen don't end up like me"
She would not want you to take your life

I'm not going to overdose, not when literally everyone around me is breaking down, even my parents now... I need to be strong for everyone.

I'm sorry to hear about your Nan :(
I think it's very strong of you to make the decision not to OD because of how everyone else is breaking down around you. I am glad you took the number for Samaritans. Definately try and get hold them if you can x

Helen i'm sorry i don't have many words right now.
I'm really sorry about your nan, i know how it feels to want to be with someone if you feel your about to lose them. I also know how horrible it is to be around family when this is overshadowing all of you.
I hope you get to see your nan && i really hope she gets better.
Please look after yourself though sweetie.
Your nan wouldn't want you to overdose, she wouldn't want you to suffer like you have been doing. Like she did.
She'd want you to have the life she never had. To enjoy it. To love it.
