Triggering (SI) - why is it all consuming now...??

why is it that once I return to the darkest place my life has ever been, once I've been through it all before, so why now, when I'm supposed to be pushing on with my life, have i come back and why does it feel so much harder!!

Do you know what's made you feel worse? Like something that's triggered off your mood to worsen. IT might be a good idea to talk to people about what the problem is and see if they have any advice to help and telling them might make it easier for you to sort it out in your own mind too.

Like Animad said, is there something that has triggered you? Even when it seems like there is nothing triggering you it can be that small things have built up under the surface and it can take something small to trigger it off. Do you see a psych? It sounds like you could use someone to talk this through with. I can really identify with what you're saying, the same thing tends to happen to me, just want you to know you're not alone.

as Ally said, you're not alone. i know how you feel too and i'm sure there are quite a few others out there. seeing a psyc or counsellor might help with this. you could also talk to the supporters here too. they do a great job and i've heard they are very helpful.
