Just wandering

is there specific times theyre online?

i seem to keep missing them

or its online for like 5miniutes then is set to away

just out of intrest if theres a certain time each night/day

Unfortunatly LH is only online when a member of the support team is online to take calls. They are currently hoping to get some new people on the team so it should be online more often.

Alternatively you can always send an email to Support@recoveryourlife.com and a supporter will get back to you as soon as one comes online to reply.

We are working on getting Live Help online as frequently as possible, but while the system is new and people are getting used to it, and so everyone can expect it to be online more and more as time passes (to a much hoped for 'near 24/7')

However do not underestimate the email support. Of course it is nice to have the live one on one chat thing - but emails are replied to impressively quickly and I am constantly amazed at the huge effort that is put into every single reply by the team.

If LH is offline drop them an email - not all Supporters do LH operating and so it is quite possible you will get an email back before you know it!

Just in case you were wondering - this doesn't mean the Supporter logged on is slacking or has wandered off or anything, it usually just means that they've already got the maximum amount of calls they can take at any one time Hang around for a while, it'll come back.

Yeah i think they defo need some more people for LH.
Ive noticed that its always away or offline.
I also think there should be supporters for different timezones. Ive noticed that in my timezone (Aus GMT+10) if i am online throughout the day its constantly offline.

I never said i didnt appreciate them. Its obvious they are doing alot to help the people on RYL, but the fact is they obviously need more people for LH if its always offline or away.
I personally dont need it, but other people DO. Ive seen no one running around saying that its sh*t or not thankful for it. (unless ive missed something somewhere)

No one was slaggin the supporters off or putting them down. They were just asking about it. Im sure that they all appreciate the effort that the supporters put in.

No dont be silent pming rory. I was just pointing out that I personaly am very grateful for their support, but i thought your comment was directed at the previous comments in this thread. So i was just saying i didnt think that they were being ungrateful or werent appreciating it. Ive never head anyone slagging it off on here, but if people are doing that then i can understand why your annoyed.

People might think you need more supporters - maybe they do - I don't know. But if there's a lot of pressure on people to make the supporter group bigger then it could potentially lead to taking on people which they mightent normally due to the fact they feel they need to expand and therefor comprimising the standard of supporting. I'm sure the people in charge of support wouldn't let that happen, but I just think the attitude I've seen around V3 regarding LH is a bit ungrateful, and on a site full of people with their own personal problems, perhaps finding suitable candidates isn't as easy as it might look.

That was more of a genereal rant, than one specific to people & this thread.

ok i was just ASKING , if there was certain times i never said i didn't appreciate them. im not saying that they should always be there but sometimes forums just arnt appropriate i don't always want to make my problems public , and sometimes people take till the next day to respond by which time if im in crisis the worst has been and gone .

and you get people saying the wrong thing by accident and making you worse.
