Triggering (Suicide) - need help from anyone please

i am not doing well i cut last night and suicide is on my mind. i dont see the point in life. i have had it. all i have in life is pain and i just cant do it any more. my step dad told me to kill myself so i wouldnt be a burden on the world and i believe him. no one needs me. i just dont know

im sorry you feel like that but suicide isnt the answer to anything.
just think abotu all the people that care about you and how much it would hurt them if you went through with it, and dont say there isnt anyone who cares about you cuz there is, we all care about you here and are here to try and help you.
dont listen to your stepdad, he shouldnt have said it.
its not true that you are a burden to the world or that no one needs you.
is there anyone who you could talk about it with who could give you advise and support you through the hard times, family or friends for example.

whats making you feel this way hun? as anything specific brought it on?
have you talked to a doctor/psych/counsellor about how you feel hun? sorry about all the questions.
remember hun-suicide is a permamant answer to a temporary problem. you wont always feel this low. you CAN get through this.

everyone here has a purpose. maybe you havent found yours yet. but give it a chance. hang in there. dont listen to others who drag you dont. forget the insults. listen to the complements. PM if you need. hope ur doing ok. i know i have been in the same state of mind but i just think... every one needs someone we are not infallable. someoneneeds help more then i do so i need to be here for them. thats what i keep thinking.

nglasgow3 is right – there is something for everyone. Just hang on, tell yourself just one more day and keep doing it. Yes, things may be terrible now, they may be terrible for a while, but they will not be terrible forever. If you live, there is always the possibility for improvement. Things can always be better. They WILL be better. Your step dad is just plain wrong. Everyone is important, everyone SHOULD be here. Don't listen to that crap.
