Did you see the men's gym high bar final, Tamo? That was exciting!
I'm not sure. I remember best the hoops and horse.

Those were good too! Especially winning Gold on the pommel horse.

I was super excited until I realised you were not talking about real ponies. Imo all events/sports should be done on horseback. I would actually watch them then.

Maybe it should be renamed the pommel pony. To be honest, I bet someone could do pommel on the back of a pony if it kept its head down.

I don't think all sports could be done on horseback though! Might be fun to try though.

They do gymnastics on horseback just not at the Olympics. It's called vaulting.

Gymnastics without being on horseback is also called vaulting. How confusing.

I'm annoyed to discover (by a brief blip of tv technology) that the studios where the beeb are presenting from are all green screen! I thought they were looking out on all the colourful lights and buildings of Tokyo. =(

Edit: They're not even in Japan >.<

Ah I didn't see the Euro 2022 studios but I suppose that does make sense considering covid and stuff! I guess I was just blown away with how amazing and sparkly and detailed it is. =P

Last day today! =(

Anyone going to watch the closing ceremony?

I've come up with a new sport. Basically doubles tennis but one partner sits on the other's shoulders.

I will find guinea pigs. Possibly actual guinea pigs, though I'm not sure how that would work.

I watched the Paralympics too and was an absolute bawling mess for hours after seeing Ellie Robinson's interview after her swim. Amazing.
