I am currently:

Jodie - my mums favourite flowers were daffodils and tulips too. There are some mini daffodils grow on the grave but I usually take a bunch down for Mother's Day too.

Spring was her favourite time of year, so although it was also the season she died (April) I can't be sad when all the daffodils are out because it helps me remember the good things.

My nana ninja plants spare seeds and bulbs on the graves that have been forgotten (aren't cared for, don't have plants or anything on them) in the cemetery, especially in the baby garden, when she can, because she doesn't like the notion that people may think that the grave and it's occupant have been left uncared for. In spring and summer, there is rarely a grave in the babies' garden that doesn't have a flower or two on it.




Now I'll play your ghost as my ace, whenever I'm led astray.
But I am actually good, can't help it if we're tilted.
I'm in my right place, don't be a downer.

Ha ha perhaps flower friday should actually happen, apart from the ninja at night part (although that seems less fun :(), instead of being self destructive plant a flower.

I now have images of meets with everyone dressed as a ninja.. Going to plant flowers!

I think this should genuinely happen. Then you have something to nurture and watch grow, and you'll be able to see something positive grow out of difficult feelings :)
