Bands and Being a "True" Fan
Like I was talking to this girl who was having an issue that I was posting on a Anti-Dahvie Vanity page about how I hate Dahvie Vanity, but I still like Blood on the Dance Floor. We were having a polite debate about it. Then, she goes and cursing at me out of the blue, saying I'm not a true Slash Gash Terror Crew member because I'm a hypocrite because I say I follow P.L.U.R. (Peace Love Unity Respect), but go and hate Dahvie.
(I'm half talking to the girl in this paragraph, just warning ya.)
Um, hello, Dahvie preaches P.L.U.R. and he is mean to a lot of people. "They provoked him! They were mean first!" No. I can tell you of once instance were Mr. Vanity called a girl a bitch only because she Tweeted her friend "Dahvie said that to you? Wow." Now, is that provoking him, Miss SGTC girl? No, it is not. He is mean without logical reason. Even so, I still call myself a SGTC member and am the only few who actually follow P.L.U.R. and love the music his band makes. Sometimes, I just wanna let my feelings about Dahvie out, so I went to the Anti-Dahvie page because they understood I hate Dahvie and still love the music, but accepted me unlike how I would be treated by you and the SGTC. There was no reason for YOU to come message me about me hating Dahvie when I wasn't posting it all over pro-BOTDF pages. I admin 3 BOTDF pages for crying out loud and I ALWAYS have to hide my hate for Dahvie so I don't piss people off and make them unlike the page!! LET ME GET MY FEELINGS OUT, GODDAMMIT!!! I hate Christofer Drew cause he's a jerk, but love Never Shout Never! Does anyone give me crap about that? No! Why is Dahvie so different!?
Rant over, but I'd like to ask you guys a question: what do you think of this? Was she right to nag at me by expressing my feelings on a page that was appropriate? Am I truly not a SGTC member for not loving Dahvie like everyone else does?
P.S. I gave her no reason to curse at me. I used no curse words or anything. Though I read over the conversation and I did see that my response before her cussing me out was a bit snarky, but I was getting a little annoyed she was still bothering me about it (though that's not a good excuse either).
