I have previously only met one person who fitted that criteria, shame he moved to the other side of the country. I could forego the rugby-playing part as long as they at least liked rugby. I'm not that picky really.

Oh. Birmingham. I spent about twenty minutes in the Bullring, it was quite nice. That is my only experience of the city.
