in a mess

feeling bad.

slept bad last night and was up way too early this morning thanks to bad thoughts and flashbacks.

I am in France visiting Mum and Dad. I can't talk to them.

I don't know what to do. I'm suffering here and I don't have anyone to turn to.

had another bad night and woke up way too early.

my Dad asked me this morning if i was feeling bad. think he could tell by look on my face I wasn't feeling good.

I want to go back home. don't want to be in France anymore. Supposed to be here til 2nd June.

So alone.

I'm currently having bad night too... they are awful, I think that being tired makes everything seem so much worse...


the 2nd isn't too far away, I know that won't help too much as when you're struggling everything, end a few hours, seems like forever... are you sure that you can't say anything to your parents?
