talking
I told my psychologist about the other 'me's. I talked a little bit about the abuse. I don't talk about either. The first I'm scared to unless it's on here. The second I shut away. I talked about both. I dissociated after and am not fully back now. My feelings are still in another place but I'm focusing on getting my head back down to earth first. I think I may sleep.

I wished I hadn't said anything about what happened. The memories aren't leaving me alone now. I feel scared and hurt :'(

am proud of you baby. I know it's hard, but just remember the memories can't hurt you. I know it feels that way and they hurt emotionally but they can't do anything to you. You are stronger than they are.
