Well done for coming a long way in your recovery, I'm glad that the therapy is slowly helping you.
When I find it hard to forgive myself I try to imagine if someone else were in exactly the same position/situation as me. I find it easier then to think "well they should forgive themselves/they're not to blame etc" as it's a little easier not to be so judgemental when I think about my problems as if they were someone else's. It's kind of simple but sometimes it does help. I also try and think to myself if I can't forgive/love/care for myself how can I expect others to, when I won't even do it for myself. Which sometimes can help, but that's just me
