How does everyone deal with flashbacks of almost every kind of abuse and distract themselves from the flashbacks?

The flashbacks are from before the age of 4 when i was getting moved from foster home to foster home till i was adopted at 4. I'm not sure what you mean by support with my past and symptoms

I mean support with the flashbacks and the causes of the flashbacks. Like someone to talk to or treatment or whatever.
