Why? I have insomnia too and dream of a good night's sleep... I find making my room as dark as poss and listening to some really relaxing music can help.

No, I'm very close to my boyfriend but he hates my depression as much as I do and he wont tolerate me harming myself.
I focus on him and a couple of friends, but sometimes it's too hard to care about other people when you just dont care about yourself.

But you have people around you that do care for you. Your boyfriend dosen't hate your depression per se but hates the effect it has on you because he cares about you that's all.

I know, and I just feel like such a horrible person for feeling so depressed when I have him. I think I'm crazy, I hate seeing things I just want them to go away.

Giving info on what an OD can do to you without any medicsl experience could be classed as tip sharing.also giving wikipedia links are against the rules.
if you have Taken an OD then you should go to hospital ASAP and also PM'ing a first aider with the following information :
What has been taken. (names, strength & quantity) (Email or PM only)
How long ago it was taken.
Do you have any current medical conditions.
Height, weight and/or BMI.
How are you currently feeling?

Being depressed doesn't make you horrible, you have a medical condition you are not in control of, it is not your fault you are depressed it is something you are suffering from, it is an illnesss and not your fault at all!
