BPD - partner just upped and left - help

Yesterday my wife of 3 years and my partner of 8, woke up and told me she was unhappy and was leaving. I had no idea. I don't know what to do, I feel so lost and empty. She's been the only person I've had to turn to for the last 5 years at least.

She said she wasn't happy for a long time, I have been awkward and possessive and jealous and paranoid. I feel like of I'd have known I could've changed, she said she couldn't talk to me about it because she was worried it would tip me over the edge.

She said she's coming back on the weekend - for what I don't know - she said we can talk, I hope I can convince her to at least stay and try for a month or so.

I'm not sleeping properly even though I have pills for that they're not working.
