I am currently:

I finally cried
One thing that is really hard for me is to cry. I just don't let myself do it, because that way I will actually have to feel everything and I know before I would end up cutting, but now I didn't. I didn't cut.
Last night I was feeling really bad and I just started to cry and let myself do it. I cried for 30 minutes and I got sleep. Now I feel so good and I don't even need to cut or anything. I think is good for me to just cry and let everything out.

sometimes a good cry is all we need.
i never cry really, not out of choice i just cant cry and then every now and again i just ball my eyes out and i feel so much better for it.
im glad you feel a bit better for it :)

crying rocks.
The last time i cried was before the newyear then saturday night I just cried and cried and cried and although it was totally inconvinenced it helped me alot come like monday.
I though like you don't cry.. I just physically can't.. I have to be drunk/or really I don't know to be able to cry.

Cool, glad you feel proud that you know you can cry and you've come to the realisation that you don't need to cut or whatever. It is such a good place to be (well I mean rather than cutting, obviously the need you had to cut isnt so good) and a huge step to your recovery.
