Senior Who Hits
and by Senior I mean over 65, not a high school student.
I have been hitting myself (mostly my head) since high school. There have been periods of time when I didn't, but lately it is out of control. My wife pointed out that on a seven day vacation "I lost it" five times. I believe her, but don't keep track. Probably was five events. In the previous three months there may have been three or four.
When I read about self harm, I read so much about young people. I wonder if I'm the only old man still not growing out of this nonsense.
