This sounds really tough for you and I hope that you'll be feeling better soon. If you can it might be worth trying to have a go with your hobbies or getting out and meeting a friend, even if you aren't interested, to see if that helps at all.

Have you ever had any talking therapies? Maybe that would be an option worth exploring as well as medication.

Are you seeing anyone from a mental health team at the moment?
