8 months clean of any self harm! I am really pleased with myself that I have made it this far as I never thought I could do it, but it's been 15 months since I done it badly. Everyone who does self harm of any type thinks they cannot get clean, but believe me you can, everyone can if they put their minds to it and take it a step at a time. I have to say having help of other people was my biggest fear as I thought they would judge me n'all, but once I got the help I needed I was fine and was accepting of any help offered to me. I would self harm near enough 5 times a day sometimes more, big or small, sever or minor, but now I rarely ever think about doing it, I am still in my safety net and have the people I need around me, but if you ever think you cannot do it, remember that you can; Stay safe, Stay strong, and remember you are beautiful no matter what! <3 xxxx
