I gave Happy 3 stars (liked it) I didn't get anything from it to be honest but I think it could be useful for people with lower level MH issues. It was a little repetitive at points.

Still reading Echoes In Death.

Also reading Bookworm: A Memoir Of Childhood Reading - Lucy Mangan.

	I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much. Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass. You didn't come this far just to come this far.
