1) I went for an eight mile walk with the dogs on footpaths I had not walked before (except for the uphill bit which I've done before) and we didn't get horrendously lost like I normally do!
2) I have eaten really healthily today. A big breakfast in preparation for my walk, and then a portion of chilli that I made ages ago and froze and forgot about! And fruit as snacks on my walk.
3) I'm now having ice cream :D (a normal ok size bowlful, not binge eating) And I'm watching Shrek which is one of my favourite films ever!
