I used to have a tarantula. It hated me. :(

I've also been bit by a black widow around six years ago. Worst thing ever. Itched so bad.

I also went to bed once, room pretty dark, covers pulled up to my chin, only to see this giant white spider swing down on a thread from my ceiling and FELT IT LAND ON MY CHEST. Freaked me out.

I'm okay with spiders as long as they're not crawling on me (or hiding under my toilet seat).
