I'm so sorry you're going through this hun, and I'm happy to hear you're going to your GP.
How is it you know there are no therepists in your area? There are circumstances (I'm not sure on all of them so I won't give you wrong information) that can mean your travel costs can be paid for (if you live in the UK.) I think it would be something you should talk to your GP about.
I think the same goes with the medecation, it depends on what your doctor thinks of your situation and what he/she thinks will help you most.
It's a great step to go to your GP about all this, you deserve support for what you're going through. I hope it goes well, let us know yeah?
