Please try not to blame yourself for everything, feeling guilty will just drag you down. I am sure it is really hard for you right now but when I am feeling really bad about myself I try to find a way to be nice to myself and look after myself. This might make no sense but I sort of try to imagine how I would look after someone who felt the same way I do at the time and what I would say to try and make them feel better. Then I can try and say those things to myself and act that way towards myself and it stops me feeling so guilty and blaming myself for things that aren't my fault.
Also is there anyone who you could be around right now to distract you from hurting yourself or anything you could do to distract yourself maybe? Like draw or write or play computer games or watch telly or something?
