there are waiting lists but you will have a care coordinator probly like a cpn or something like that. i have found adult much more helpful because they listen more and more open to your thoughts and feelings. they have more flexibility with how they can help you because they have more resources. i know its scary i did it just over a year ago. i didn't open up for about 6 months but she was soo nice.
