Ar, um it is gonna be hard for you which i am sure you are aware of, however, i had this same problem and am now seeing somebody in adult services. i know that you have heard that they are not too good, but i am still hoping that in time i will open up to my new therapist in the adult community service.
I do not think that they are as bad as people say.
