I don't self harm any more and I don't cover my scars. The worst of them are at the top of my left arm and I do find myself putting my hand over them sometimes though.

	I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much. Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass. You didn't come this far just to come this far.
