Good luck with whatever you decide - remember you should just choose to do whatever makes you feel most happy and comfortable.
If you do want to do maths, don't worry. The interview you mentioned is not really like a formal interview at all, it's just a chance for you to meet some teaching staff and discuss what you want to get out of studying. If you do go, it's a great chance to discuss your worries. FE teaching staff receive training in helping adult learners overcome any barriers to their learning (I know as I used to teach adult literacy). It would also be a good opportunity to mention your suspect you may be numerically dyslexic, your tutor may arrange for you to be tested, and they would definitely ensure you would receive extra help. They may even use some specific resources to make it easier for you. If you talk to them you should find them happy to help you as much as they can. Good luck, I really hope it works out and your happy xx
Ps I'm well jealous of you doing a photography course, I'd love to do it!
