i applied this year and i didnt have to put anything down about depression or anything. however my head of sixth form knew i had been admitted to hospital and so he had to mention that on my reference from him, but it made no difference and the uni has accepted me
like everyones said usually it doesnt matter..accept for a few courses like social work i think
