I'm not sure I should be posting this here, but anyway.

About a month ago I took an overdose of paracetamol. I'd been having a really bad week, and at the time I felt like the OD was a bit drastic, cos I wasn't trying to kill myself, I just get kinda self-destructive sometimes and use it as a way to relieve pressure.. but getting back to the point, I've overdosed a few times since then, and every time, it takes less and less to trigger me to OD, and even now, I'm having a pretty bad night and I'm kinda itching to down a handful of pills... I'm really scared that I might be getting addicted to painkillers.. help?
