I have BPD and DID and PTSD.
Alphabet soup sucks!
But I do believe that one can come to terms with it as long as they aren't to hard on themselves. It is definetly a process!
Looking up your diagnosis(s) and reading up on it can help you understand yourself a bit better. Tons of resources on the net, just Google it.
For me, anyway, in a nutshell:
BPD means you are very moody and swing from severely depressed to feeling invincible.
DID means you have at least two distinct personalites that comeforth but you cannot control which one comes out when.
PTSD means you are prone to high anxiety and stress.
Ain't life grand!
