Hi Amelia and welcome to RYL!
It is wonderful that you want to stop self-harming and I hope you find that RYL is a supportive place where you can get help with that. Like Madison says two months is brilliant hon and I really hope that with the support you find here you can find ways to extend that time and eventually stop altogether! You have done a really brave thing joining and I really do hope you find all the help and support you need here!
