Anyways.....
This has been happening for ages now...
I usually sleep okay and when i wake up i'm fine, yet for ages now when i wake up n the morning my stomach feelst painful, full and my lower back is sore as well. It can't be something i've eaten as it keeps happening. It's worse if i'm needing the toilet for a wee after i get up. Really annoying.
