I am currently:

Hey Oly

i really struggle with not sleeping.i will make a list below of all the effects it gives me.im not saying that everyone experiences these effects but these are some of what happens for me.It will be good for me to do this list too.....so here goes.

1.Lack of sleep means that i often feel tired even if i cant sleep
2.Lack of sleep effects my mood in a bad way - it makes me more negative
3.Lack of sleep can mean i end up being less motivated to do things i would otherwise be more motivated for/really want to do
4.Lack of sleep can mean that when i am awake i can often be even less able to concentrate properly on things that i need to
5.Lack of sleep used to mean the standard of my school/college work used to drop when i was struggling to sleep most - i am sure this is the same with my standard of work in the workplace now
6.Lack of sleep can mean i dont think things through clearly and/or am less able to clearly make the best decisions for me at that time
7.Lack of sleep can make me more grumpy by quite a mile!
8.Lack of sleep and its effects can effect my already diminished social life further - cos i either dont feel upto anything or im so grumpy cos of lack of sleep nobody wants to be aorund me anyway.
9.Lack of sleep can mean i struggle more to cope with any mental problems i am having at the time.
10.Lack of sleep can mean i and my body never get a break [or very little] from my constant difficult/distressing thoguhts and battle.
11.Lack of sleep can cause me to be more anxious/make myself more anxious.

Just my thoughts.But hope this helps.ive read your other threads too.Sorry your struggling.
