I think that you owe Harley and appology, I know you were upset hun, but you have to remember that RYL is HUGE, and just because one person slip's through the cracks doesn't mean they arn't cared about, it just means that Harley is well.....human. (Some would say super human with all the stuff he does for us :-P). Dear, I am not trying to patronize you, but this post was a bit angering to many people when you come across so cold hearted to the things that Harley HAS done for you, and everyone around here. Just remember, RYL is here to help thousands of people. If you have an issue like this, then maybe next time, try to PM a mod, and let them know you are frustrated and would just like to get this settled. Posting something like this in a public board is probably not the best course of action to take to get something.
So, it seemed a bit above that you said something that may have indicated that you are just generally going through a rough time at the moment, would you like to talk about that?
