I think a piercing done in a safe way is much better than cutting. Try and focus on the positive things, or at least the things that don't worry you or stress you out. I know it's easy to say and hard to believe, but as long as you don't spend more than the essential, money matters will get sorted and and it's better that Rusty's home with you if it seems that will help his depression from spiraling. Don't feel guilty for feeling low, just because you're preggers doesn't make you automatically happy. Take care
